Outreach Services

TaskForce runs street outreach programs to find and help people living without shelter. Our teams go directly to encampments, public areas, and transit spaces to improve safety and offer immediate support. We connect people to services like treatment programs, shelters, and housing programs in collaboration with community partners. We also provide transportation to ensure individuals can access shelters, healthcare, jobs, and other essential services, removing significant barriers to service engagement.

Permanent Housing

TaskForce provides intensive case management and housing navigation to help individuals and families find stability and secure long-term housing. Services include personalized plans, help finding income and jobs, working with landlords, and ongoing support to keep housing. Our approach focuses on self-sufficiency, participation in services, and steady progress, giving each person the tools and support needed to leave homelessness and stay housed.

Elder Haven & Hope

With the support of the Jim Moran Foundation, the Elder Haven & Hope program provides an extra level of service to those 60 years of age and older by placing seniors in emergency overflow housing until a longer-term placement can be secured.

Mental Health & Wellness

TaskForce provides behavioral health services designed to be accessible for people who might not seek care on their own. These services include mental health counseling, substance use treatment, assessments, crisis support, and ongoing care tailored to each person.

Licensed clinicians work closely with outreach and case management teams to deliver coordinated, person-centered care that supports recovery, stability, and long-term wellness, especially for people with complex needs.

North Central Florida Continuum Of Care

Our responsibilities include strategic planning, community engagement, grants and funding, data management, training and education, monitoring, evaluation, performance, and advocacy.
